The Perl script for inlining citations has its roots in the
2apj.pl code by
Eddie Baron
which was designed for ApJ and older versions of natbib.
The bibliography style files were generated using Patrick Daly's makebst program, and then modified with some help from the `astrobib' package by Henry Ferguson. (This package, available from https://marvel.stsci.edu/~ferguson, is not compatible with electronic submissions. The journal abbreviation bib files are are also modified versions of the files included in the astrobib distribution.
